Correcting Meeting Information - Adding, deleting, or changing
Al-Anon Meetings
Please choose the right form based on the meeting type. Using an incorrect form can delay the process.
Group registrations or changes to meeting information can be submitted by using the Al-Anon Registration Group Records Change Form.
Copies of the form are available at:
1.) AIMS Newsletter which is mailed monthly to all Al-Anon/Alateen groups in Northern Illinois.
2.) An electronic copy can be downloaded by logging in to the members' page of this site at www.niafg.org/Members.asp
(Note: If you don’t know the login password, contact your Group or District Representative.)
Once logged in, click on Starting a new group, or changing information about an existing group to access the form.
When mailing a group change notice, it is important to send a copy of the completed form to both NIAFG and to the WSO office, using the addresses on the Group Change Form. Please keep your meeting information up to date, including contacts and mailing address changes!
Alateen Meetings
All Alateen new group registrations or meeting changes must be submitted using the Alateen Registration/Group Records Change Form.
We cannot accept changes submitted on the “Al-Anon” Registration/Group Records Change Form. Submissions using the wrong form will cause a delay in making the change.
Copies of the form are available at:
1.) NIAFG Area Alateen Process Person (AAPP). The AAPP contact information can be found at:
a. AIMS Newsletter which is mailed monthly to all Al-Anon/Alateen groups in Northern Illinois. Look for the NIAFG Officers and Coordinators contact information.
The Alternate Delegate serves as the AAPP.
b. Contact the Area Alateen Coordinator or Alternate Coordinator
c. Contact your District Representative
2.) An electronic copy can be downloaded by logging in to the members' page of this site at www.niafg.org/Members.asp.
